Customer Training Specialist

Scope customer application trainerPosition :

This position isresponsible for providing in-house customer application training at Beijing andShanghai demo labs, as well assupport training contentsoptimization.

In addition, also contributetodevelop new in-housetraining courses.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Providing in-depth application training support for customers, especially for in-house training classes in Beijing and Shanghai demo lab;
  • work closely with the application, customer experiences and service teams to deliver high quality customer application training;
  • Contribute tocustomer satisfaction through training contents optimization, training skills improvement and training class operation
  • Contribute to development of in-house-training classes and courses with FAS, SCIEX University, SCIEX Lab and service teams, to timely capture / answer customer needs and reflecting market dynamics, aligned with company strategy;
  • Responsible for customer registration for in house training;
  • Support demo lab instrument daily management;
  • Qualifications

    1.Bachelor's or above degree (B.S. / B.A.) inmass spectrometry, Biology, Microbiology or Biochemistry, or other academicbackground equivalent.

    2.Good English skill in both writing and speaking are essential.

    3.Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

    4.Effective communication skills to clearly articulate technical andproduct information to customers. Strong technical knowledge and significantlaboratory and / or scientific background in analytical chemistry using LC / MS / MS(for example : 3-

    5 years of previous laboratory experience or PhD with 1-2 yearspost doc work)

    5.Previousexperience with customer interface is desirable and previous operation ofSciex’s MS systems or related instrumentation is highly desirable

    6.Strongorganizing skills to manage multiple priorities make appointments, planschedules and coordinate efforts with Application personnel as well as otherService and Support personnel.
