Monitor the performance of the region sales teams and re-allocate resources to improve overall results.
Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for WH China.
Ensure strategic and tactical client development for Women Health
Oversee sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, and credit and collections to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time.
Lead and coach the team, tracking budget achievement, tracking lost business, identifying and understanding market trends, monitoring CRM system compliance, and driving all initiatives ensuring excellent execution by the team.
Collect customer feedback and vender information to keep up to date with products and competitors.
Effectively cooperates with marketing, customer service, and technical support to maximum revenue generation.
At least Bachelor’s degree.
Over 5 years’ experience in lead, coach and evaluate sales teams to reach sales goal in diagnostic market and approx. 10 years of selling experience with a verifiable record of rankings, quota achievements and other success related expertise.
Solid trace record in managing channel sales.
Strategic thinking, strong business acumen and passionate about sales work.
Good listening, written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English for all business levels
Team work with cross functional department such as logistic and marketing.
