Process Project Development

  • Rapidly adapts Regional Biscuits technologies, develop process to produce customized products to market to drive Growth target
  • Awareness of internal / external process programs and identifies areas of application., set up clear process roadmap to drive growth / Productivity pipline within different Regional biscuit brand
  • Process Strategic Analysis and planning

  • Development and learning in-depth knowledge of existing and new technologies within network and implemented if necessary
  • Program / Project Leadership & Execution

  • Execute projects to achieve business objectives, provide process solutions and develop technical strategies
  • Analyses experiment results, identify and evaluate the process risk, communicate with team
  • Communicates progress of projects and issues with other functions within the organization
  • Qualifications

  • Degree Qualification in Management, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Food or Chemical Engineering preferred
  • Experience

  • Food industry background with 8+ years' experience
  • Project management skills
  • Food process development skills
  • Change management and performance improvement
  • Implementation of continuous improvement tools and techniques understanding of process optimization programs
  • Strong understanding of stakeholder management
