We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will :
To assist Sub-branch Manager to lead a customer development team in people management, sales performance management, training and coaching, and operational risk control, so as to maximize the productivity of the team and contribute to the achievement of business strategy with high quality sales and service standard.
To closely monitoring the sales and services quality provided by team members so as to ensure the sales / service process is strictly followed and the delivery of a consistently excellent customer experience.
To ensures fair outcomes for customers are delivered in all situations.
To manage, lead and motivate a team of highly mobile sales staff, and to lead a mobile sales team to focus on activities to expand HSBC’s new to wealth acquisition.
Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements :
Bachelor degree or above
At least 3 years' sales related experience in retail banking
Strong communication skills and could work under pressure
Experience in channel development preferred
Experience in sales management preferred
