Job Description and Requirements
IT Engineering Infrastructure & Application team, the Business App Dev / Sppt Sr I professional is responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications.
Collaborates with customers from business units, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to identify user requirements, assesses available technologies, determines and recommends solution options to fulfill Synopsys business needs.
Provides business analysis, formulates, and defines application scope and objectives while creating and modifying procedures to solve business issues.
Prepares detailed specifications for configuration execution or customization programs, and designs, tests, debugs, and documents programs.
Performs in project leadership role and guides more junior peers. Provides knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to peer colleagues.
Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. Should follow Synopsys standard processes for Change Management and Software Development Lifecycle from requirement analysis, design, configuration / programming, testing, documentation, to final implementation.
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience. Bachelor degree or above, preferably education degree in Business, Engineering, Automation, Computer Sciences, or Management Information System
