  • Handle customer phone inquiries on credit card product features and benefits, marketing programs, fee and charges, account information and relevant operational processes, etc.
  • To resolve customer problems within the established guidelines and adherence to the service standards
  • Collect and escalate critical customer feedback to supervisor for product / service / program improvement
  • Maintain good relationship with customers through delivery of superior customer services
  • Comply with established policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of bank’s and customer’s asset
  • Maintain the service quality and productivity at defined business requirement
  • Qualifications

  • College graduate with at least 1 year relevant working experience in banking or finance industry
  • Fluent in spoken English / Cantonese / Putonghua
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service sector is a plus
  • Good problem and complaint handling skills
  • Good team-player, hardworking and self-motivated
  • Willing to work overtime / shift duty including overnight shift and holidays
  • Good typing and computer skills
