Job Description

Administrating Bosch Centre s work of the reception including answering & forwarding calls, greeting customers entering the Bosch Centre.

管理博世中心接待处的工作, 接听及转接来电 接待造访博世中心的客户

  • Identify customer needs and match those needs with Bosch Centre products and / or service offerings.
  • 明确客户需求 展示并推销博世中心产品及服务

  • Initiate Jebsen customer care / loyalty projects and guarantee smooth implementation
  • 发起捷成客户关怀或忠诚度项目并确保顺利执行

  • Coordinate with the Marketing Departments colleagues for marketing activities develop customer satisfaction
  • 与市场部同事协调开展营销活动 提升客户满意度

  • Regular phone return visit, prepare related reports according to management.
  • 按要求定期做好客户回访工作并向管理层提供报表

  • Plan activities in agreement with other colleagues and managers.
  • 与同事和经理协商策划公司日常活动

  • Regular monitoring of all established work related processes, Ensure that the processes are in line with Bosch Centre standards & requirements.
  • 定期对所有现行的工作程序进行检查 保证各项程序符合公司标准和要求

  • Finish other duties assigned by superior in time.
  • 及时完成上级交办的其他任务

  • College degree and above
  • Years of experience : 工作年限要求

  • At least 2-3 years' working experience of a similar position
  • 有2-3年相关岗位工作经验
