Administrating Bosch Centre s work of the reception including answering & forwarding calls, greeting customers entering the Bosch Centre.

Identify customer needs and match those needs with Bosch Centre products and / or service offerings.
Initiate Jebsen customer care / loyalty projects and guarantee smooth implementation
Coordinate with the Marketing Departments colleagues for marketing activities develop customer satisfaction
Regular phone return visit, prepare related reports according to management.
Plan activities in agreement with other colleagues and managers.
Regular monitoring of all established work related processes, Ensure that the processes are in line with Bosch Centre standards & requirements.
Finish other duties assigned by superior in time.
Education Level & Professional Qualification :
College degree and above

At least 2-3 years' working experience of a similar position
