We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will :

  • Coordinate regulatory compliance projects to adapt to increasing regulatory requirements. Collaborate different teams and 2LoD on process revamp, system enhancement, staff training and execution capabilities.
  • Understand regulatory governance framework and guidance and regularly review RBWM business and its internal guidelines, process, system, etc.
  • conduct gap analysis and coordinate remediation where required.

  • Translate HSBC Group and regulatory requirements into actionable processes and procedures across the business with a good balance of risk management and customer experience.
  • Support frontline and business functions to implement requirements made by internal risk control functions and external regulators and provide post implementation supervision.
  • Proactively manage all issues and actions to completion, partnering with BRCM to ensure successful close out. Identify at pace new issues and actions, and work to manage risk holistically with strong action plans.
  • Call out early any issues and actions that won't meet target date and seek format extension ahead of time.


    To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements :

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in Retail Banking, with experience on frontline sales & service, bank process and operations, compliance & risk management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, ability on influencing.
  • Good spoken and written English is preferable.
  • Disciplined; honest; self-initiative; responsible; constructive and have good analytical and logical thinking.
  • Strong problem solving skills, able to balance business and risk and find solutions.
